Folks this is a reminder of the things you are NOT
at liberty to do when on-site at a meeting.

1. You may NOT arbitrarily decide to extend a working
group session through another time slot without
first checking with me to see if the room is
    available.

2. You may NOT elect to hold adhoc sessions in meeting
    rooms whch SEEM unoccupied.

3. You may NOT aribitrarily elect to reconfigure the
seeting arrangements in your room. It is your
responsibility to request special seating arrangements
before your session meets (though not necessarily
before you arrive at the IETF>.

While I am more than happy to accommodate almost all of your
scheduling needs, I am responsible for making sure rooms are
available to groups who legitimately request additional use
of a room, as well a making sure rooms are correctly arranged
for new groups coming into rooms.

Please be courteous to me, your fellow working group and bof
chairs and the hotel staff.

Thanks,

Megan
