not having seen the whole text, i could certainly be mistaken, but based
on the snipet you posted, SCoya, I doubt very seriously if the language
quoted covers the IESG at all.  We certainly aren't Trustees, and I doubt
very seriously that we are Officers of the Corporation, and I'm quite
sure "Directors" in that paragraph refers to members of the Board
of Directors, not "Area Directors".

so if this is the language from which our coverage is inferred, 
I'm pretty sure this is a compete no-op.

now if there's other language elsewhere, maybe there is a chance
this isn't just wrong.
