SSL may be an instrument of the devil or a candidate for the Nobel
Prize, but I believe we shouldn't try to stop publication of an
informational RFC - we should just agree on a suitable IESG position.

That may be: SSL is not suitable for standardization via IETF for
	     technical reasons, or because it duplicates function
	     better done elsewhere, or whatever.

But if the IESG is going to block informational (note the
informational) publication of stuff because we personally think it is
bad, then look forward to my discuss vote on stuff I am personally
known to hate.  Really guys, we have to let SSL be published as
informational or start down a very slippery slope.
