We do use the phrase "Ogg Opus files" in section 5.2.1 as well, so you
could argue either way. I want that flexibility so unless there's an
objection I'll limit use of that term to section 10.

It's nevertheless true that implementations of this draft have so far
been focussed on a single logical stream per chain segment.
