 [Hoene]: Comfort noise used to be use to indicate that a transmission is
 ongoing. However, if high quality transmission shall be supported,
 artifical noise worsen the audio quality. Thus, the generation of idle
 channel noise should not be used to indicate that the call is still
 active. Instead, in case of transmission problems an acoustic or visual
 notification can be given.
