To state it clearly: Due to a variety of reasons, it makes perfectly sense
to support large RTP packets transmitting multiple Opus frames.

My point is that at least the payload specification shall allow large
packets (>120ms). What is the problem with this requirement? In the end,
it's a payload requirement not a codec requirement...
