 To verify the performance of DTMF transmission, a DTMF Testing Suite would
 be useful.

 Requirements include:
 - Support DTMF and optinal other signalling tones.
 - Automatic testing.
 - Available under similar terms as the CODEC.
 - Availablity preferable before finishing the IETF Codec Requirements
 document.
