We plan to hold a virtual sprint the saturday before IETF 109.

There had been a time on the wiki (and a time entered into the
datatracker agenda) that really doesn't make sense - it was copied
forward from earlier meetings.

The Hackathon is doing its open and closing sessions at the same time of
day as the first block of sessions during the week (0500-0700 UTC). I
propose we do the same.

Please adjust the signup with that time in mind.
