#2384: codestand: code request missleading labels

This may not be a bug, but a user experience report. While registering a
code request, I find the label "Add a related Document", "Add Contact" and
"Add Tag" a little bit misleading, and would prefer something around
"submit" "confirm", "create entry".
When you enter a document name you may not click the "Add related
Document" if you expect this button to create ANOTHER document fields. On
the hand hand the document you just searched will not be added when you
leave the request form.
