All, An update to this draft has been posted at https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-trossen-rtgwg-impact-of-dlts/, now adding two co-authors and some language on the limitations of the insights to PoW-based DLT systems. In relation to the COIN community, we are seeking comments and insights from the COIN community on work that may address some of the impacts described in the draft through in-network computing capabilities. Although the request for presentations has not been sent yet, we'd be interested in presenting this research to the COIN RG at the upcoming IETF to foster the possible collaboration on this topic.
