Marcelo,

I noticed I omitted the ack of Trilogy 2 funding.

We have draft-11bis ready, which also includes the missing ref to 
draft-wagner-conex-audit and fixes a couple of typos I noticed.

We'd rather you sent draft-12 to the IESG, especially if you haven't 
yet sent draft-11.
