Hi Ivaylo,

Thanks for this work.
This version looks better than the earler one.
Removal of comi draft refrences cleans up nicely.

Two suggestions:
section 6.2.1 URL entry; make clear what the URL refers to.
6.4.1. YANG Module name Registry, adding a reference to the defining
section and the RFC number may be handy.

Hope this can be published soon.
