Hello Michael,

Thank you very much for the proposed text! I have applied the changes that
you proposed with slight modifications where I felt the need. You can find
the proposed version in attachment and the changes here [1]. We are using
markdown to build the draft, therefore there is no XML version that you can
directly edit, but here you would find the one we are using in case you
want to propose further modifications [2]. If the proposed changes are good
for you, I will publish -09 right away.

Please notice that the change you proposed for sec 6.4.2. seemed out of
place there and I modified slightly sec 6.4.1 to address what I believe was
your concern. Please let me know if further changes are required.
