Dear Schc people (and Core people too)

We are starting a WGLC for draft-ietf-schc-8824-update based on version 07
published early december 2025. Considering the width and breadth of the
work, we're proposing a 4week period, ending february 10th.

Please send your comments to the SCHC ML cc the Core ML when necessary.

Also, we'll be looking for a shepherd for the process, any recommendation
welcome.
