Hello Carsten,
hello CoRE WG,

we've prepared a -04 version of echo-request-tag that, in the authors'
opinion, addresses the concerns raised in the last review.

As I've missed the cut-off before IETF104, the draft is not officially
available, so any WGLC can only start when it's uploaded next weekend.
However, the version that will become -04 is already tagged in our
working tree and available at [1].
