As discussed in various interims, we need to distinguish

— state a client (client part of proxy) holds per server
— state a client (client part of proxy) holds per request

The former is much harder to avoid (e.g., congestion control state).
For 6Tisch, we try to avoid the latter.

Let’s try to be explicit when we say “stateless”.
