Version -05 of the problem-details draft addresses all issues that came up during the AD review and the OPSDIR review, and their WG processing.  (We even managed to get an example for SPDe registration in, an idea from Francesca that we originally had marked “wontfix”.)

So we should be all set for the remaining directorate reviews we are expecting, and for the telechat on Thursday.
