Dear CoRE WG,

We would like to initiate the call for adoption on 
draft-tiloca-core-oscore-capable-proxies. The draft presents a stable 
mechanism to allow also proxies to use OSCORE, which especially enables 
them to enforce authorization before forwarding an incoming request.

During the meeting, there were no objections to adoption, and the 
proposal was met with approval (6 votes). We would like to confirm this 
now on the mailing list. Please let us know if you support adopting this 
draft. The call for adoption will last a couple of weeks, ending on the 
_10th of October_.
