The discussion that spawned from this adoption call is ongoing, but we
seem to have converged on (slightly rough*) consensus on adopting this
draft as a WG item.

Authors: please resubmit the current draft as
draft-ietf-core-yang-cbor-00.txt; we will start processing further
changes in the WG process.
(If you already know about technical issues, please use the WG tracker
at https://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/core/trac/report/9 for now; editorial
issues might be tracked easier on github.)

Note that the yang-cbor draft is on github in the
https://github.com/core-wg/yang-cbor repository (which also contains
other drafts that may or may not converge into WG documents). When the
renaming is complete, the current editor's copy of the WG draft will be
visible at:

http://core-wg.github.io/yang-cbor/draft-ietf-core-yang-cbor-latest.html

*) the roughness was about the danger of the CoRE WG overextending
itself by taking on more work. This will be actively watched by the
chairs, whose priority will continue to be on getting current work
finished. However, there is significant new energy in the COMI/COOL
work, so the overall capacity of the WG will increase by starting to
work on this part of our charter.

Grüße, Carsten
