Hi Carsten,

Thanks for the continued effort to work on YANG-CBOR/SIDs, and this document in
particular.

Thanks to both Dhruv and Nabeel for their reviews and Carsten for engaging and
changes.

The approach looks good to me. Please find below some few comments:

As a side effect of this policy, two SIDs ranges are thus available for
documentation purposes as well. I would call out these explicitly in the
document.
