Dear all,

As agreed during yesterday's CoRE apps side-meeting, I have submitted
a -00 version of the "CoAP problem details" draft.

This doesn't yet include a CoRAL description.  I'll add that in the next
few days as I got to get myself acquainted with CoRAL first.

I'm also looking for one or more co-authors that are willing to share
the editing pain.  Come forward if you feel courageous.

Comments are obviously very welcome!
