The authors have indicated that OSCORE (née OSCOAP) is now ready for working-group last call:

The chairs intend to issue the WGLC a week from now unless new information comes in that indicates we need more time before that.

So, could those who plan to provide a WGLC review please start checking the current document now?
Please tell us here about any problems you find, or provide positive feedback if you don’t see any showstoppers after your initial round of looking at the document.
