There are a couple of missed edits in this version:

Items introduced by a new revision of a YANG module are added to the
list of SIDs already assigned. When this is done development of a
new protocol document it may be necessary to make provisional
assignments. They may get changed, revised or withdraw during the
development of a new standard. These provisional assignments are
marked with a status of "unstable". When the specification is
advanced to a final document, then status of the assignment is marked
with the module-revision (a YYYY-MM-DD) when the assignment is
    finalized.

typo:

    s/withdraw/withdrawn/

The last sentence needs to change since the revision date is not saved:

old:

the module-revision (a YYYY-MM-DD) when the assignment is
    finalized.

suggested new:

      a status of "stable".
