Abstract:
   This document specifies the conventions for using the HSS/LMS hash-
   based signature algorithm with the CBOR Object Signing and Encryption
   (COSE) syntax.  The HSS/LMS algorithm is one form of hash-based
   digital signature; it is described in [HASHSIG].
