BTW, the Internet-draft draft-bortzmeyer-language-state-machines is
not accompanied by an explicit "Set of requirments" document (we only
have section Introduction to perform this task) so I would like to
check wether or not people on this list believe we are on the right
track, or not at all?

Once we agree on requirments, we can go back on "UTF-8 in standards"
:-)
