I agree with your point. A web site would be wonderful to describe these
mail groups. 

I've attached the information regarding Cross-Stratum-Optimization.  

We'd be glad to post the short BOF request info as a short description.

There needs to be a requirement for a real description for each of the
rapidly exploding number of new mailing lists. I haven't the faintest idea
what "cross stratum optimization" is.
