There are a couple of announcements regarding Taipei meeting.


1.       CSO Side meeting will be held on Tuesday (11/15) from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm (1 hour). The meeting place is TBA. The Side meeting will be in a form of a workshop. The agenda is as follows:



a.       Introduction (Young Lee, 5 min)

b.      Global Load balancing Strategy (Hui Yang, Beijing University Post and Telecommunication, 10 min)

c.       A simple Model and Simulation Result for CSO (Ning So, University of Texas, 10 min)

d.      CSO Interface and Requirements (Oscar Gonzales, Telefonica & Geysers, 10 min)


                When time permits, we have a few more requests:


e.      Issues with Resource Management to overcome traffic big bang in the current operator's networks (KT, 10 min)

f.        CSO Management Issues (Tae Sang Choi, ETRI, 10 min)

g.       VPN as a Service (VaaS)  (Michael Ko, Huawei Semantic, 10 min)


2.       IRTF Open Meeting (11/15, 1-3pm) Room 201-ABC

CSO research proposal is in the agenda (when time permits).

I will keep you updated once I have more concrete information.
