Luis,

After discussion with the responsible Area Director (as summarized at [1]), and an email chat with my co-Chair, we need changes made to this document.  Specifically, we need it to focus only on SSH.  That would probably mean that a new draft name is appropriate. Are you willing to do this or would you prefer we see if anyone else is interested in authoring it?

If you want to drive the complete removal of RC4 across all protocols, the current CURDLE charter isn’t the way to do it.  I encourage you to chat with the Security AD’s for the best way to do so.
