Hi I guess each of the "shall we allow multiple representations" needs to be handled on a case-by-case basis, but generally speaking I understand that the chairs and ADs aren't too enthusiastic with too many ... What 3GPP really wants for Christmas is the draft to be completed. Somebody must take a decision on this soon. cheers /atle ________________________________ Atle Monrad 3GPP CT Chairman Group Function Technology - Standardization and Technical Regulation Ericsson -----Original Message----- From: cuss [mailto:cuss-bounces@ietf.org] On Behalf Of Vijay K. Andrew: If you look at the SIP grammar, this obviously will not be the only header with multiple representations. We simply keep on adding to that list. Beyond that, I think discussing about this to a great degree will not lead us anywhere. I am interested in this issue from an academic point of view, but pragmatism says that we proceed further without delays. As an individual, I am happy to allow the draft to proceed with the alias defined (or not). Thanks, - vijay -- Vijay K.
