What is the purpose of meeting f2f on short notice, particularly when
many active participants can't attend? Wouldn't this be better as a
planned virtual meeting with an agenda?

Murray: DBOUND is a concluded WG (of which you were co-chair!). Can a
concluded WG have an official BoF, or should we just do an informal
thing?
