Folks,

The slot we had in the Ops open area was complicated by folks
thinking it was a BoF and so on. What we were looking for was
to get interested parties involved. Several folks came to an
informal working session on Tuesday and a problem statement
draft is in preparation that captures the proposal we came
up with jointly. I think the group came up with some useful
and tractable problems and also good ways to use existing
work. When it's done, the draft will be posted and hopefully
we can incorporate any discussion into a second draft before
the next IETF.

	Kathie
