Hi Kathleen and all,

I would like to give it a try, and write a I-D focusing on the problem
statement. However, due to traveling, I can only write this I-D on the
3rd-4th of November. I can send it then to the mailing list. I hope this
is not too late to allow us to discuss it in the mailing list, before
Vancouver.

Paulo
