Yes. Better than what? And how are "encrypted transports for DNS” materially different to “other encrypted transport protocols”? At least in a DNS setting. I also think it’ll be wildly out of scope for DELEG to be chartered to encourage/enable/facilitate the use of encrypted transport protocols for non-DNS purposes.
