Greetings again. I have updated the charter proposal to include encrypted transports. Please see it in the meeting materials at: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/slides-119-deleg-proposed-charter-as-of-2024-03-05/ One of the primary outcomes for the f2f BoF (in just over a a week!) is a prosed charter for an eventual working group, so preparation before the BoF will help greatly. Please read the proposal again, and comment here. Different proposals are also welcome, As a particular note: this is a proposal for the first charter for a WG. If adopted, the WG can later amend the charter, such as to add additional work items for the WG. There is a wide range of ideas for improving DNS delegation, so it is quite possible that the WG will add more work items after the initial list. --Paul Hoffman
