Greetings again. I have updated the charter proposal to include encrypted t=
ransports. Please see it in the meeting materials at:
   https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/slides-119-deleg-proposed-charter-as-of=
-2024-03-05/

One of the primary outcomes for the f2f BoF (in just over a a week!) is a p=
rosed charter for an eventual working group, so preparation before the BoF =
will help greatly. Please read the proposal again, and comment here. Differ=
ent proposals are also welcome,

As a particular note: this is a proposal for the first charter for a WG. If=
adopted, the WG can later amend the charter, such as to add additional wor=
k items for the WG. There is a wide range of ideas for improving DNS delega=
tion, so it is quite possible that the WG will add more work items after th=
e initial list.
