    Many thanks for review by David Black (DetNet techadvisor).  Thanks
    to Xiaoliang Zheng and Fan Yang for their contribution on TCQF option
    format.

It would be good to include a "description of their past contribution " that justified them previously being listed as authors . Probably also worth mentioning why they are no longer listed as authors. (keeping in mind the IETF process definition of Author.)
