The Internet Software Consortium DHCP Distribution comes with a BOOTP
relay agent, but you need to be running the very latest Linux kernel
(2.0.31) if you want it to work with multiple network interfaces. If
you have only one interface, any version of the Linux kernel should be
fine.

The distribution is at ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp-970329.tar.gz.
