As far as I can tell, the traffic on the dhcp-v4 list doesn't warrant
splitting into two lists - one for WG-related topics and one for more
general discussion of issues important to, e.g., DHCP admins - but I would
be willing to entertain suggestions that now is the time to fork off a new
list.

Well, maybe not *right* now, as I'm still managing the DHCP lists manually
until we resolve some listserv-related performance issues here at
Bucknell...
