Microsoft currently does not support the use of client IDs other that
the MAC address in the Win 95 DHCP client. Is anyone working on adding
this feature to Win 95 using the Microsoft stack? I know this would not
be easy and not even straight forward but it would make the
configuration of networks much easier if one did not have to replace the
TCP/IP stack to get this functionality.
