X-Comment: Discussion of DHCP for IPv4

I've submitted two more I-Ds to the IETF for publication. They are
available now from ftp://ftp.bucknell.edu/pub/dhcp:

   draft-ietf-dhc-authentication-00.txt
     - proposes a mechanism for authentication and verification of DHCP
messages from both clients and servers

   draft-ietf-dhc-options-opt127-00.txt
     - reserves option code 127 as an extension prefix for two-octet
       option codes
