I haven't seen the behavior of the server, but it doesn't surprise me
since the Microsoft client doesn't support DHCPDECLINE either......
The folks at Microsoft told me that they would have to rewrite the IP
stack to add it in so it wasn't going to happen soon.....can't imagine
that adding an option to DHCP would necessitate a full stack rewrite, but
then again, I've not written a DHCP client.
