The Internet Software Consortium DHCP Server also handles secondary
addresses, and is also currently in Beta test.  It currently runs on
Unix, OSF/1, 4.4BSD and Linux machines, but is not yet supported on
Windows NT or Windows 95.   Source is freely available.   See
