Just FYI, the CMU DHCP server is SNMP instrumented. Now that we're back
in the development world with DHCP, we'd like to move forward with
making a standard as well either based on our model or based on other
suggestions. 

I believe time's been scheduled at Memphis to discuss the SNMP issue,
but I don't know if there's a firm timeline.
