X-Comment: Discussion of DHCP for IPv4

I've submitted draft-ietf-dhc-options-opt127-01.txt - a revision to the
definition of option 127 as an extended option code - for publication as
an I-D. The revised version is available now for anonymous ftp in
ftp://ftp.bucknell.edu/pub/dhcp.

Thanks to Shawn Mamros and Dave Lapp for their suggestions about improving
the definition of option 127...
