I think most servers will grant a full ten hour lease, but they're under no obligation to do so. Some may provide an eight hour lease; others may allow some more sophisticated means of setting policy, so that it's up to the administrator configuring the server to decide how to handle this case (i.e., is it a "one-shot" lease, or one that can be extended at any time?).
