I guess I'm prejudiced since I do tech support for ON Technology, so I'll 
keep it brief and try not to sound like a salesperson:

Novell told us that NetWare/IP runs only on 4.x servers. Also, we were 
told that Novell allows for only 1 subnet range and supports only FTP and 
NetWare IP stacks.
