Hi Glenn,

My sincere apologies. I was afraid that I would give the wrong impression
that there is something wrong with the OS/2 client. That was not my
intention at all. Obviously, I failed and gave the wrong impression.

The fact of the matter is that this particular customer is reporting problems
that are bizarre and in some cases, as far as I can tell, impossible. Yet,
the customer is so certain of his environment and speak with such conviction
that I have to consider even the improbable. Nonetheless, that is not
a reason to give the impression that the OS/2 client is at fault,
intentionally or unintenationally. Again, my apologies.

Thank you very much for your generous offer. I'll work with this
customer to gather more "concrete" information before contacting you.
