Actually, what is written in this draft and my memo are complimentaly.  
My idea was only on the issue of how PPP client can obtain dynamically
assgined address from DHCP server.  For all other mechanism using 
DHCPINFORM was already discusses on the list and it can be combined
with my mechanism.  But on the other hand, it does not have to be.

So all I talked about was elaborating of how this can be done.  Did
your experiment included this part?  

I think people are very interested in providing dynamic addressing
to PPP clients to, which can be managed with DHCP server, and having 
that mechanism explicitly documented would be beneficial.  If you
are interested, I would be interested to add that section to your
document.
