I'm looking for information on this tag but the latest RFC (2132)
doesn't seem to address it. I've checked the drafts listed on the
homepage (http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/dhc-charter.html) "Dynamic
Host Configuration (dhc) Charter" and done a search on the keywords
"service AND scope" but haven't found the
right link, if it's there. Any help is appreciated.
