Nov 2014 WC last call on 3315bis document
Apr 2015 Submit 3315bis document to IESG

v4configuration
Oct 2013 WC last call on v4-configuration
Dec 2013 Submit v4-configuration to IESG

unknown-msg
Oct 2013 WC last call on unknown-msg
Dec 2013 Submit unknown-msg to IESG

Authors, specifying a challenging, but realistic milestones for your
drafts is one way to get your draft worked on in a timely manner.
Please send out proposed milestone for items that are in our proposed
charter.
